Built an open-source GTM tool for dev tool companies, starting with a spreadsheet someone was already willing to pay for. Grew it into a SaaS product with paying customers, including YC-backed startups in SF, reaching 4-figure MRR within six months.

Built product analytics that helped drive 15% week-over-week user growth. Helped raise a $2.3M seed round, pitching investors and owning technical due diligence.

Led two teams of 14 people, building one from scratch and scaling integrations at a conversational AI startup. Helped drive the adoption of Kubernetes, GitOps, and DORA metrics.

Built an IoT cloud platform for device management and third-party integrations, eventually scaling it to 15M devices through a platform-wide rearchitecture. Also implemented parts of the BSI Smart Meter Gateway specification with TUM and Fraunhofer ESK.

Built services to ingest and process smart meter data using SML and DLMS, getting my first taste of the energy industry.

Led a team building firmware for millions of home gateways used by customers like AT&T. Worked hands-on with WLAN drivers for Broadcom and Lantiq chipsets, and customised open-source networking services.

Built Linux data collection modules for Symantec's compliance tools, covering standards like NSA and COBIT. Monitored CVEs and built detection signatures for emerging vulnerabilities.

Worked on a real-time risk monitoring system that used MPI (Message Passing Interface) to calculate trade-level risk in parallel and check trades against traders' available collateral.
